9Ubet Kenya

What is 9Ubet

9Ubet is a licensed online betting site for players in Kenya. It offers sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables and crash games from one account.

Glostar Trading Co Limited operates the brand from Crescent Business Center in Parklands, Nairobi. According to the operator, the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB) authorizes and regulates its activity.

Sports Betting and Casino Games

9Ubet divides its main content into Soccer, Casino and Crash tabs. A scrolling menu below them leads to Sports, Aviator, Fishing, Casino Live and Promotion.

Sports Betting

You can bet on football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American football, golf and volleyball. The football section includes the English Premier League, the UEFA Champions League, La Liga and the Kenyan Premier League. Smaller competitions also appear, such as the Rwanda National Football League and the Zambia Premier League.

The sports page has filters for Highlights, Live, Print and Leagues. These market tabs sit above the match list:

• 1X2
• Double Chance
• Over/Under
• GG (BTTS)
• First Half

Each match row shows an ID and the odds for the home win, draw and away win. A label such as "+10 Mkts" shows the number of extra markets. To place a bet, tap the odds, enter your stake on the bet slip and tap Place Bet.

Multibets combine several selections on one slip. Every selection must win. Under the 9Ubet rules, a voided selection also makes the whole multibet lose, so check this before you add more matches. Cash-out is available on some bets, and its value changes with the live odds.

Casino Games

The casino lobby sorts games into Home, All, Hot and New categories. The Hot section includes Fortune Garuda-500, Big Bass Bonanza 3 Reeler, Hot to Burn Multiplier and Super Niubi.

Pragmatic Play titles such as Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and Sugar Rush take part in the Drops & Wins promotion. Casino Live has its own lobby with Speed Baccarat, Super MB and W Viet Tai Xiu tables. Fishing games have a separate menu item.

Aviator

Aviator is a crash game with its own item in the main menu. A multiplier rises during each round, and you need to cash out before the round ends. If the round ends first, you lose your stake.

9Ubet also offers Jet Crash, JetX, Aviatrix, CarX and CrashX. The Crash tab and the casino lobby also show 9U League and Ligi Moto.

Bets on Aviator, Jet Crash, JetX, Aviatrix, CarX and CrashX count toward the Aviator Miles Challenge. This daily leaderboard pays KES 20,000 for first place and has 100 prize positions. Your stake must be at least KES 49 per bet.

9Ubet Registration and Login

You need a Kenyan mobile number and a password to use 9Ubet. Registration takes place on one short form, and your account is created immediately after submission.

How to Create an Account

To create an account, enter your Safaricom number and confirm it with an SMS code. Airtel and other networks are not currently supported for registration, so you need an active Safaricom line.

1. Open 9Ubet.co.ke and tap Join.
2. Enter your mobile number after the +254 prefix.
3. Tap Get Code and enter the code from the SMS.
4. Enter your password twice.
5. Add a referral code if a friend invited you.
6. Confirm that you are over 18 and accept the terms.
7. Tap Create New Account.

The referral field is optional, so you can leave it empty. You can deposit and place a bet right after registration.

How to Log In and Reset a Password

To log in, tap Login and enter your registered mobile number and password. The form also has a Keep me logged in checkbox. Leave it unticked on a shared device.

If you forget your password, follow these steps:

1. Tap Forgot Password on the login form.
2. Enter your registered mobile number.
3. Enter the code from the SMS.
4. Choose a new password with letters and numbers.

An "invalid credentials" or "user not found" message usually means that the number or password needs checking. If the error remains after a reset, send support the exact message and your registered number.

9Ubet App and Mobile Access

You can use 9Ubet through the Android app or a mobile browser. Both options give you access to betting from your phone.

Android App and APK

The official source for the 9Ubet Android app is the Google Play Store. The app covers sports betting, casino games, Aviator, deposits and withdrawals.

The site also has a Download App page in its menu. This page shows Google Play and App Store badges. iPhone users can start there or use the browser version.

The official materials direct Android users to Google Play, so use that source instead of a third-party APK site. A file from an unknown site can be modified and can put your account details at risk.

Mobile Browser Access

You can bet without installing anything by opening 9Ubet.co.ke in your phone's browser. This option suits you if you have limited storage or use the site only occasionally.

The mobile layout shows the Login and Join buttons at the top of the screen. The main sections appear in a scrolling menu below them, and the "More" button opens the other items.

Deposits and Withdrawals

9Ubet payments center on mobile money. You deposit through M-Pesa Paybill and withdraw through your profile menu.

Deposit Methods and Paybill

The 9Ubet Paybill number is 989878, and the minimum deposit is KES 10. 9Ubet does not charge a deposit fee.

1. Open M-PESA on your phone.
2. Select Lipa na M-PESA and then Pay Bill.
3. Enter 989878 as the business number.
4. Enter your registered 9Ubet number as the account number.
5. Enter the amount and your M-PESA PIN.

Most deposits reflect instantly. If yours does not appear, send support a screenshot of the full M-PESA message. Include the phone number, amount, time and your registered 9Ubet number.

Withdrawal Methods and Processing

You can withdraw your winnings to M-Pesa or Airtel Money from your profile. Most withdrawals are processed quickly, and many are instant. The time can depend on your mobile money provider.

1. Log in and tap the profile icon at the top right.
2. Select Withdraw.
3. Enter an amount within the allowed limits.
4. Choose your payment method and confirm.

If your balance looks lower than expected, check your open bets and bonus wallet first. A pending withdrawal can also explain the difference. If a completed withdrawal does not arrive, give support the phone number, amount and time.

Bonuses and Promotions

9Ubet has cashback offers, tournaments, deposit rewards and a referral program. The Promotions page lets you filter them by Hot, Deposit, Sports, Casino and Crash categories.

Available Promotions

The offers below cover different types of play. Regular slot players and Aviator players can find the most options among them.

You can also receive freebets. A freebet uses bonus funds instead of your cash. You select it on the bet slip when you place a qualifying bet.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement shows how many times you must bet a bonus before you can withdraw it. Several 9Ubet offers have a low requirement or none at all.

For example, a KES 39 Happy Monday bonus requires KES 117 in bets before withdrawal. You must also claim this bonus manually on Monday. An unclaimed bonus expires.

Customer Support

9Ubet support is available 24/7. You can contact the team by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Contact Options

Phone and WhatsApp are direct options for urgent account questions. Email gives you a written record of your request.

Account and Payment Assistance

Support can check login errors, missing deposits and delayed withdrawals. Your registered number and a clear screenshot will speed up the check.

Prepare these details for a payment question:

• Your registered 9Ubet number
• The M-PESA message or transaction code
• The exact amount
• The transaction time

For a login problem, copy the exact error text. If a bet seems missing, give the approximate date and match.

Safety and Responsible Gambling

9Ubet uses a licensed framework, SMS verification and account rules to protect players. You also have tools for taking a break from betting.

Account Security and Privacy

Your account is linked to your mobile number and protected by a password. Registration and password resets use an SMS code.

Choose a unique password and do not share your SMS codes or M-PESA PIN. The site publishes a Confidentiality Agreement and a Privacy Policy. Winners of some prizes may need to verify their identity before withdrawal.

Each player can hold only one account. Multiple accounts, bots and bonus abuse can lead to lost rewards and account closure.

Age Requirements and Responsible Gambling

You must be at least 18 to bet on 9Ubet. Betting should stay within your budget, because every bet carries a risk of loss.

9Ubet does not offer loans or betting on credit, so you can bet only with deposited funds. If you need a break, contact support about these options:

• Account deactivation is a general pause or closure of the account.
• Self-exclusion blocks betting for a set period and cannot simply be reversed on request during that period.

9Ubet Pros and Cons

9Ubet is a good fit if you want low-cost M-Pesa deposits and a wide promotion schedule. Its bonus conditions need a careful read because they differ from one offer to another.
